My Story

I believe that all mental health journeys are difficult, so here is mine. I was always a happy positive kid and that concealed a lot of my mental health struggles - from myself and from people around me. I grew up in Thailand, and mental health was never mentioned or taught to me so the things I was feeling and the emotions I was experiencing were all bottled up inside. It was not until I lived abroad that I started gaining an understanding on my struggles and realizing the sources of it all.

Navigating the complexities of my thought processes was a challenge, but the hardest one of all was learning to love myself fully. I slowly reshaped my perspective of the world and began to regain control of my emotions.

From then on, I made the choice to actively advocate and raise awareness for mental health, switching from a Business to a Psychology degree. Through my personal journey, I came to understand that many psychological barriers stem from societal expectations. So, a couple of years down the line, I pursued a Master's Program in Social Psychology. The choice not only led me to a deeper comprehension of all the ways in which our surroundings influence us, but also to meet an empowering community of women who showed me that we face similar social pressures on a global level.

Today, my goal is to be there for women who need support, to empower and help them become the best versions of themselves.
